Please read all our terms carefully before using this platform. Creating an account means you fully accept these terms.

Important: The terms and conditions set out below apply to all users of the t1999 platform. These terms may be updated at any time and will be binding on all members from the date any change takes effect.

General Terms & Eligibility

t1999 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, casino games and live gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform, creating an account or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

1.1 Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to use t1999.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information when opening an account.
  • Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You will operate the account in your own name and will not place bets on behalf of or as a proxy for any other person.
  • You confirm that you reside in a region where you are legally permitted to use services of this type.

1.2 Changes to Terms

t1999 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continuing to use the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account at t1999 you must provide your full name, mobile number, email address and any other required information. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure safe and responsible gaming, t1999 may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required:

  • National ID (NID), passport or birth registration certificate
  • Any valid document as proof of address
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used

If verification fails or the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. t1999 is not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t1999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
Please note: Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

3.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

  • All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
  • Withdrawal requests will be returned only via the original deposit method.
  • To withdraw any bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met (see Section 4 for details).
  • t1999 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at t1999, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements (Bet-Through)

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, and this calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn (৳1,000 × 10).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds may not be used to bet on certain specific games or markets — applicable restrictions will be shown in the account dashboard.
  • Bonus balances cannot be transferred to any other account.
  • t1999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonuses without giving a reason.
  • If fraudulent claiming or use of a bonus is proven, the associated winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy

t1999's VIP program has five tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit. The tiers are:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent activity and regular gaming. Cashback is paid once per week. t1999 reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits and will endeavour to notify members in advance of any such changes.

Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games available on t1999 are operated using fair and verifiable technology. We regularly review game performance to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Prohibitions

  • Any form of cheating, collusion or misuse of the betting system is strictly prohibited.
  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts is prohibited.
  • Bets may not be placed outside the bet limits set by t1999.
  • Match fixing or the use of insider information in sports betting is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute over a game result, t1999's server logs will be treated as the final evidence. The member concerned must contact the support team immediately. A decision will be communicated after a proper investigation and that decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Conditions

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on t1999. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and associated winnings may be forfeited:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts
  • Using a false identity, fake documents or another person's identity
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
  • Attempting to access, hack or bypass the security of the platform's software or systems
  • Exploiting bonus policies to fraudulently collect bonuses
  • Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use the account
  • Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour towards t1999 staff
Warning: t1999 is under no obligation to refund funds in accounts closed due to prohibited activities. Such incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Privacy & Data Protection

t1999 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology. Your personal information is not sold or transferred to any third party, though information may need to be provided to authorities upon legal request.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or contrary to law, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

11.1 Applicable Law

All matters relating to these terms and conditions will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion.

Amendments, Effective Date & Contact

These terms and conditions are effective from January 2026. t1999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to send a notification to your registered email address.
